What is included in the monthly rate?
Your suite, utilities, three meals a day, housekeeping, linen service, activities and scheduled transport. Personal care is priced by level.
Is there a one-time community fee?
There is a one-time move-in fee that covers getting the suite ready and the nursing assessment. We share the exact amount in writing.
How do rates change if care needs change?
Care levels are reviewed quarterly. If support needs to increase, we talk with your family first and give written notice.
Do you accept long-term care insurance?
Many policies can be used toward assisted living. We are happy to help with the paperwork your insurer requires.
Can we tour before committing to anything?
Of course. Tours, lunch visits and short respite stays are the best ways to decide, with no obligation.
How is staffing handled overnight?
Bramblewood has 24-hour staff on site, a nurse on call around the clock and call pendants in every suite.
Are rates locked for a period of time?
Rates are reviewed once a year, and residents receive written notice well before any change takes effect.
What payment options do families use?
Private funds, long-term care insurance and some veterans benefits. We can walk you through the options without promises.
