Privacy Policy
This policy explains how a live version of this website would handle personal information. Nothing typed into forms here is sent or kept. Last updated March 2026.
1. Information we would collect
Details you choose to share in a form, such as your name, phone number, email and a short message about the care you are looking for.
Our web host would also log basic technical details, such as browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and spot misuse. Those logs would not be used to build a profile of you.
2. How information would be used
To respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit you request and keep in touch about care you have asked about. We would never sell personal information.
We would not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we would not pass them to advertisers, list brokers or data resellers under any circumstances.
3. Health information
Please do not share detailed medical information through website forms. Care planning conversations would happen in person or by phone.
Once someone becomes a client, health details shared with the care team would sit in a separate care record with tighter access controls than ordinary enquiries, and only the coordinators and caregivers involved in that person's care could open it.
4. Cookies and analytics
This sample site does not set marketing cookies. A live site would explain any analytics tools and offer choices about them.
5. Sharing
Information would only be shared with team members who need it to respond to you, or where the law requires it.
With your permission, care coordinators might share relevant details with a doctor, therapist or hospice team you name, so care fits together.
6. Keeping information safe
A live site would use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information.
That would include encrypted connections, records opened only by team members whose role requires it, strong passwords with two-step sign-in, and regular reviews of who can see what. If a breach ever affected your details, we would tell you promptly and explain what we were doing about it.
7. Your choices
You could ask to see, correct or delete information you have shared by contacting us.
You could also ask us to stop contacting you, or to limit how your details are used. We would answer every request within thirty days and would never charge for doing so.
8. How long information would be kept
Enquiry details would be kept only as long as needed to answer you and follow up on care you asked about, then deleted or anonymised.
Records linked to active care would follow the retention periods set by law for care providers.
9. Children
This site is meant for adults planning care for themselves or a relative. We would not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Email updates
If you sign up for updates, each email would include a one-click way to stop them. Signing up is never required to ask a question or book a visit.
Updates would be occasional notes about seasonal activities, caregiving tips and changes to our services, never daily promotions.
11. Service providers
A live site might use hosting, email and scheduling providers that process information on our behalf under written agreements and only for the purposes described here.
12. Changes to this policy
We may revise this policy as our services or the law change. Any important change would be flagged here alongside a new last-updated note.
13. Contact
For anything about your personal details, email hello@marigoldcare.example; our office line is (555) 614-2738.
