In brief
Our partners average nineteen years on transactions. We have run legal functions inside operating companies, sat across from private equity buyers, and signed the documents we now negotiate for clients.
We keep the firm deliberately small. Every matter is staffed by the partner who pitched it, supported by two associates who stay on the file from first call to closing, and priced before the work begins rather than invoiced once it is too late to argue.

Founding Partner
Gregory opened the firm in 2011 after fourteen years on cross-border acquisitions at two national practices. He leads the buy-side group, takes the first call on most new matters, and still marks up the purchase agreement himself.

Priya runs the financing and restructuring practice. She spent six years as general counsel of a mid-market manufacturer, which is where she learned how a covenant package reads from the inside of a business.

Owen handles carve-outs, transition services and the hundred small agreements that separate one business from another. He joined us from a sponsor-side practice in 2018 and runs the diligence team.
Partner
Claire leads the growth capital group, papering priced rounds, notes and sponsor equity for founders. She trained in-house at a venture fund, and she still models every cap table herself before a call.
Working here
We hire lawyers who want the file, not the footnote. Associates draft, attend and speak on client calls from their first month here, and partners sit in the same room rather than review from a distance.

Capital is available and appetite has returned, but pricing now follows contracted revenue rather than the pipeline slide. Sellers who can evidence renewal behaviour, and document it early, are clearing at the top of the range.
