A dental group that grew without losing its warmth
We built Meridian Dental Group to prove a growing dental company can stay as gentle, honest, and personal as the single office it started as, by protecting clinical culture above everything else.
One clinical team, four front doors
Most groups grow by cutting corners a patient can feel: a rotating cast of dentists, upsold treatment, a call center instead of a person. We grew the opposite way. Providers stay at their home practice, nobody works on commission, and the same protocols and materials are used at every location.
The result is a group that runs like a neighborhood office. Your record follows you, your hygienist remembers your kids, and the care feels identical whether you book downtown or on the west side.
See our locationsHow the group grew, one practice at a time
One practice on Halcyon Avenue
Dr. Whitfield opened the first Meridian office downtown with a simple promise: unhurried, honest dentistry that treats comfort as a method, not a slogan.
Elmpark joins the group
A second location opened to serve growing families on the east side, and the group learned how to keep culture identical across two buildings.
The Northgate Smile Studio
We built a dedicated cosmetic and implant center with 3D scanning and a surgical suite, bringing advanced work in-house for every Meridian patient.
Four locations, one standard
Cedar Hollow opened on the west side, and the in-house membership crossed twelve thousand members, all cared for by the same small-office culture at scale.
The people who set the standard
A senior group small enough to stay accountable, and experienced enough to keep four practices genuinely gentle. The leaders below guide care across every location.
Dr. Amara Whitfield
Chief Dental Officer
Amara founded the group after fifteen years in practice, on one idea: that a growing dental company could stay as gentle and personal as a single neighborhood office if it protected the clinical culture above all else.
Dr. Julian Ortega
Director of Implant Surgery
Julian leads our surgical program from Northgate, from single implants to full-arch rebuilds, and trains every associate on the same conservative, patient-first placement protocol.
Rosa Delgado
Group Director of Hygiene
Rosa sets the hygiene standard across all four practices and mentors our hygienists so a cleaning feels the same, and just as gentle, wherever you book it.
Dr. Naomi Frost
Lead Orthodontist
Naomi runs clear-aligner and braces care group-wide, mapping every case digitally so patients and parents can see the finished bite before treatment begins.
Priya Sundaram
VP of Patient Experience
Priya owns everything that happens outside the operatory: scheduling, insurance, membership math, and the friendly voice that answers when you call any location.
Theo Baptiste
Director of Operations
Theo keeps four practices running on time and stocked with current technology, so clinicians can spend their attention on patients instead of logistics.
A group that runs like a neighborhood office
Scale usually costs a practice its warmth. Meridian was built to protect it, by putting clinical culture ahead of everything else.
One standard, everywhere
A patient at Cedar Hollow gets the same protocols, the same materials, and the same gentle pace as one at our flagship. The group exists to make good care consistent.
Plain language, always
You see your own scans on the screen and hear the options in words that make sense. You leave every visit knowing what is urgent, what can wait, and what it costs.
The same faces
We keep providers at their home practice, so the hygienist who knows your kids is the one you see next time. A group, run like a neighborhood office.
Comfort as a method
Slow numbing, a stop signal we honor, and sedation options at every location. Nervous patients are exactly who this group was built to serve.
