Marcus Adeyemi
Marcus focuses on commercial disputes, working to resolve contract disagreements early and on terms that keep important business relationships intact.
Get in TouchAbout Marcus Adeyemi
Marcus spent his first years in practice at a litigation boutique, which taught him how expensive a dispute becomes once it reaches a courtroom. He now spends much of his time helping clients avoid that outcome through clear demand letters and structured negotiation.
When a matter cannot be settled informally, Marcus prepares it for mediation or arbitration and keeps the client informed about cost, timing and realistic options at each step. He also reviews contracts before signing to reduce the chance of a dispute later.
Experience & Education
Marcus received his law degree in 2014 and joined the firm in 2018 after four years in commercial litigation. He is licensed in North Carolina and trained as a civil mediator.
