Single origin beans roasted in small drums, milk from a family dairy two counties over, and a room built for lingering rather than rushing.
From the lot we buy to the cup in your hand, every step is small enough that one of us has touched it.

Laminated dough goes in the oven at four, so the tray is still warm when the doors unlock.

We buy one lot at a time, name the farm on the board, and pour it until the bag runs out.

Wide benches, warm lamps and no clock on the wall. Sit for one cup or for the whole morning.

Pick a pour, pick a pastry, and we will knock the difference off before ten in the morning.

“I came in for a takeaway cup and stayed for two hours. The cardamom latte is the reason my alarm goes off early now.”

“The bar team will talk you through the lot on the board without a hint of snobbery. That is rare and I love it.”

Hours, orders, the long table and where to park. If it is not here, the bar team will happily answer it in person.
Yes. Send the order through the contact page before nine and we will have it bagged, labelled and waiting on the pickup shelf.
Plenty. Cocoa pressed with our own syrup, a rotating herbal steep, and a cold matcha that is popular all summer.
The laminated pastry is rolled and baked here each morning. Loaves come from a bakery six blocks away that we have used since the first year.
The long table seats ten and can be held for two hours. Ask at the bar or send us a note and we will pin your name to it.
We are on the corner of 214 Wexler Row, with the green awning. Street parking is free after six and the bike racks are right outside.
