Practice
We try disputes. Nothing else.
Five areas and one discipline. We do not handle deals, we do not draft transactions, and there is no corporate group we need to keep busy between cases. Everything below is contested work, and every matter is led by a partner.

How a case runs here
How a case runs here
A partner takes the call, asks for dates and documents, and tells you within a week if it is worth more.
Before any filing you get a short written view on merits, likely cost and a realistic range of outcomes.
Each stage has a fixed figure or a written budget, and you hear early if either one is going to move.
The partner and associate you meet at the start see the case to its end, including any trial.

In our clients' words
“They talked us out of two of our four claims, and that single piece of advice outweighed the settlement we later reached on the rest. No other firm we met would tell us no.”
