Lena Park

Lena has worked in real estate law for thirteen years, representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across the Denver metro area. She started out at a title company, which taught her to read a legal description line by line.

She reads every title commitment and survey herself and flags issues early, while there is still time to negotiate a fix before closing. Her clients receive a one-page summary of every exception on the title report, written in plain words. Her closing checklists are shared with lenders and agents so every party works from the same list.

Her commercial work includes office and retail leases, purchase agreements and financing documents for small and mid-sized property owners. She also reviews estoppel certificates and lender requirements so financing does not stall a lease signing.

When a dispute arises over boundaries or covenants, Lena looks for practical solutions first and prepares carefully for court if talks stall. Many of her boundary cases end with a recorded agreement that neighbors can live with for decades. She keeps each client informed about inspection deadlines with short reminders a few days ahead.

She volunteers with a housing nonprofit and spends weekends gardening and exploring Denver's neighborhood farmers markets. Lena grew up in Colorado Springs and still cheers loudly for the local minor league team.
