Plan & Advocate

Plan & Advocate: an attorney in a client meeting

Once we agree on a strategy, the real work begins. We take ownership of the details so your case moves forward with purpose and nothing slips through the cracks.

We gather and organize the evidence, identify witnesses and, when the facts call for it, bring in independent professionals such as accountants, engineers or medical reviewers. Every filing is calendared twice and reviewed by a second attorney before it goes out, because careful process protects clients from avoidable setbacks. You receive copies of everything filed on your behalf, along with a short note explaining why it matters. We keep a shared timeline for every active matter and review it with you at each milestone. When the other side produces documents, we summarize what matters in them within a few days rather than leaving you to read hundreds of pages alone.

Negotiations are handled firmly and respectfully. We present your position with the documents that support it, respond to the other side's arguments in writing and advise you candidly on each offer. We do not accept a first proposal simply to close a file, and we do not let pressure tactics set your timeline. When an offer arrives, we compare it against the realistic range we discussed at the start, so you can judge it on facts rather than on fatigue. Before any meeting with the other side, you receive a short note on what we expect them to argue and how we plan to respond. After the meeting, a written recap follows within one business day, including any new deadline or open question.

If a fair agreement is not possible, we are prepared to take the matter before a judge or jury. That readiness shapes every stage, from how we build the record to how we question witnesses at deposition. Throughout, our focus stays on accuracy, preparation and your stated goals, and we revisit the plan with you whenever the facts shift. Trial preparation begins well before a hearing date is set, with witness outlines, exhibit lists and a clear theory of the case. If the matter settles along the way, that preparation is what gives you the confidence to know the terms are fair.

1Why It Works

Why Our Process Keeps Cases on Track

Each stage has an owner, a deadline and a written record, so nothing depends on memory.

Written at Every Step

Summaries, plans and updates are written down, so you can revisit any decision later.

Deadlines Checked Twice

Every filing date is calendared by two people and confirmed again the week it falls due.

Second-Attorney Review

Key documents are read by a colleague before they go out, catching gaps early.

Decisions Stay Yours

We recommend and explain; you decide. No major step happens without your approval.

2Our Team

The People Behind Every Stage

Partners, associates and paralegals share each file, so the person who picks up your call already knows where the matter stands and what comes next.
