Marcus Delgado

Marcus has practiced in Denver for sixteen years, first as a public defender and now as a partner focused on injury and criminal matters. Those years in crowded courtrooms taught him to prepare early and listen closely. Before law school he worked as a paramedic in Aurora, which still shapes how he reads medical records.

He begins every file by mapping the evidence, the insurance picture and the client's recovery goals, so each decision that follows has a clear purpose behind it. He also meets early with any doctors or investigators involved, so the medical and factual record grows in step with the legal plan.
