Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. After hours calls ring a tech on rotation, not a message service. You get an arrival window and, if it helps, talking through which valve to close while we drive.
How fast can someone get here?
Emergency calls inside our six neighbourhoods average under an hour. Scheduled work gets a two hour window, and we text when the van leaves the yard.
Is the estimate free?
Diagnosis on a standard residential call is free and the written price comes before work starts. Camera inspections and slab leak location are quoted separately because they take real time.
Are your techs licensed?
Every tech holds a current state licence and works under our bond and liability cover. Ask for the numbers at the door and they will read them out.
What do you not do?
We do not touch gas appliances or septic tanks. If your problem turns out to be one of those, we will say so on the phone rather than bill you for a visit.
Do you guarantee the work?
Labour carries a two year note and manufacturer cover passes through on parts. If the same joint fails inside that window, the return visit is on us.
