Send it and a coach may call or email you with open class times. Nothing is stored or transmitted in this demo build.

Your First Visit

What Happens
When You Walk In

Fifteen minutes before your first class is enough. Here is the order of the evening so none of it is a surprise.

A coach talking to a small group of adult beginners sitting on the mats
01

Sign In at the Desk

One short waiver, and a coach takes your name. No card, no membership talk on a first visit.

02

Floor Walk

Changing rooms, showers, water, mat rules and where to stand when the class lines up.

03

Train the Hour

Warm up, technique, positional round, then the optional free round that you are welcome to sit out.

04

Talk, Then Decide

Five minutes with the coach about what you noticed. Take the options home and think about it.

  • Parking is free and out front, thirty spaces.
  • Loaner gear at the desk for your first month.

Questions Before
Your First Class?

If the answer you need is not here, the desk will give you a straight one on the phone.

Do I need any experience to start?

No. Most people who book a free class have never trained. Adults start in an eight-week beginner lane and kids are grouped by age, so your first session is with people at the same point you are.

What should I wear to the first class?

Shorts or leggings and a fitted t-shirt. Bring a water bottle and leave jewellery at home. Gloves, wraps and a loaner uniform are at the desk for your first month at no charge.

How young can children start?

Our youngest group starts at five. Classes run 45 minutes and are split into two age bands so a five-year-old is never partnered with an eleven-year-old.

Will I have to spar or compete?

Only if you choose to. Live rounds are optional in every adult class, and sparring is a separate invitation-only session. Competition is something we support, not something we expect.

Can I put a membership on hold?

Yes. Holds are available in monthly blocks for travel, injury or work, and we do not charge a fee to restart. Ask the desk and it is done the same day.

Do you have parking and showers?

There are thirty free spaces in front of the unit and two showers with lockers. Towels are not provided, so bring your own if you are heading straight to work.
