Concerns

Most people book us because something specific is going wrong. Here are the three we hear about every week.

Wet hair being smoothed between a stylist's fingers 01 Frizz That WinsIt puffs the moment the air turns humid and never sits where you left it. Sealed And SmoothA cuticle treatment plus a cut that takes bulk out instead of adding it.
A colour brush painting a fine section of hair 02 Brassy ColourWarm tones creeping back three weeks after you paid for something cooler. Toned Back TrueA corrected base, a custom gloss, and a routine that keeps the tone honest.
A gold clip holding a smooth low chignon 03 Ends That SnapTwo years of growing, breaking off faster than it ever arrives. Strength RebuiltA bond course, a dusted hemline, and heat habits we rework with you.

No salon had ever explained the plan first. Nine months on, the grow-out still looks deliberate.

[ How It Works ]

Process

Three steps, the same every time, whether you are booking a fringe trim or a full colour correction.

Book And Talk

Pick a slot online. You arrive to a consultation that happens before anything gets wet.

In The Chair

One stylist, start to finish, working to the plan you both agreed in the first ten minutes.

The Finish

We style it out, show you the back, and write down exactly how to get it again at home.

Answers

The seven things new clients ask us most, written out plainly so you do not have to call to find out.

Choose a service and a stylist on the booking form, pick a window, and you will get a text confirmation the same day. New colour clients get a fifteen minute call first so nobody is guessing.

Yes. Every appointment opens with one, and colour work gets a patch test booked at least two days ahead. Nothing is charged for the conversation.

Tell us inside seven days and you come back in for an adjustment at no cost. Most of what we fix is tone, and tone is a quick appointment.

A cut runs about an hour. Colour work is two to four hours depending on how much lift you want, and a smoothing set is close to three. We confirm the length when you book.

Please do. Bring the ones you love and the ones you hate, both help. We will tell you honestly which parts of a reference will translate to your hair.

We hold two short slots most weekday afternoons for blowouts and fringe trims. Call ahead and we will tell you what is open today.

Professional lines only, weighted toward bond builders and sulphate-free cleansers. We stock what we use, and we will happily tell you when a cheaper bottle does the same job.

Send the form and we will come back the same day with two or three times that suit the service you picked.

Demo form. Nothing is sent or stored anywhere.

Request noted. In a live build this would reach the front desk and come back with two or three times to choose from.
