A private chambers of six lawyers, keeping a deliberately short list of clients since 1996.
We left the large firm model because it buried the judgment under billing. Every matter is read end to end by a partner, argued in front of the room before it goes out, and priced in writing before it starts. Clients stay because they always know where the file stands.
