Olivara

Our Story

One Room,
One Short Shelf

Every formula on the shelf was mixed for somebody who walked into the room first.

Behind The Shelf

The Long Way

Olivara began as a treatment room above a bakery, with one facial bed and a shelf of other people's products that kept letting clients down. The first formula was mixed because nothing on that shelf suited a client who reacted to everything.

We kept going the same way. A complaint arrives often enough, we spend a year on it, and the result has to beat what we were already recommending. If it does not, it never reaches a label.

Twelve products later the rule has not moved. Every bottle earns its place by replacing something, and the day a formula stops being the best answer we have, we retire it rather than discount it.
