The quiet work that keeps everything else small.
Most of what goes wrong in a mouth is small, quiet and inexpensive to fix, right up until it is not. Good preventive care catches things in the small-and-quiet stage. That is the whole point of coming in, and it is the foundation of everything else we do.
- Cleanings and exams that are never rushed
- Mercury-free, tooth-colored fillings
- Digital x-rays shown to you on screen
- One practice for every age at home
- Crowns and bridges from a fast digital scan
- A recall rhythm set around your own mouth
What an unhurried hour with us covers
A hygiene visit here is thorough, not fast. We clear the plaque and hardened tartar that home brushing cannot reach, polish away the stains that coffee and red wine leave behind, and measure the health of your gums tooth by tooth. Then your partner dentist reviews your digital x-rays with you on the screen, checks every tooth and every existing filling, and performs a quick oral-cancer screening.
If everything looks healthy, we tell you so and send you back into your day. If something needs attention, you see exactly what we see, hear the options in plain words, and get honest guidance on what is urgent, what can safely wait, and what it will cost. Because we are a partnership, anything significant gets a second set of experienced eyes before a decision is made.
Fillings, crowns and the everyday repairs
When a tooth does need work, we keep it conservative and comfortable. Tooth-colored composite fillings are matched to your enamel so a repair disappears into your smile in a single visit. For a cracked or heavily worn tooth, a crown built from a fast digital scan restores strength without the mess of old-fashioned impressions, and it is shaded to match its neighbors so no one but you will ever know.
Why the rhythm matters more than the rule
Twice a year is a sensible starting point, not a law. If your gums are healthy and your risk is low, we may leave you on a six-month rhythm for years. If you have a history of gum trouble, we may suggest a three or four month interval, because the bacteria that drive it return within about ninety days of a cleaning. We set your recall around your own mouth and book the next visit before you leave, so it never quietly slips off the calendar.
Frequently asked questions
Yes, warmly. Most first appointments are within a week, and our $99 welcome covers your exam, full digital x-rays and a standard cleaning.
For most healthy adults, twice a year. If you have a history of gum disease or a higher cavity risk, we may recommend three or four visits a year and we will explain exactly why.
From the very first tooth. Kids see the same gentle team in the same rooms as their parents, and our family partner is wonderful with nervous young patients.
