A small studio with strong opinions about a calm dental visit
The practice that would rather tell you the truth than book the treatment
Built for the way downtown actually lives
Axis started on the fifth floor of the Halyard building with one chair, big windows and a simple promise: dentistry should feel calm and clear, even in the middle of a busy city.
A dental visit that works in a glance is table stakes. The practices people stay with earn the second look and the tenth: the honest number before the work, the same hygienist who remembers your name, the plan set to your mouth instead of a template. That is what we build a decade in.
Independence is the point. No group owner pushing quotas, no quarterly target nudging us toward treatment you do not need. Just a studio, its patients, and the standard we hold each other to.

Small enough that you know everyone
The team you actually see, visit after visit

Plus a front-desk and hygiene team who keep the whole thing running. People shown are illustrative for this demo. Provider portraits stand in for real staff photos.
A decade in the Halyard building
A corner suite and one chair
Sana opened Axis on the fifth floor of the Halyard building with a single treatment room and a view of the skyline. The light was the whole pitch.
The membership plan
We built an in-house plan for the growing number of downtown patients without dental benefits, priced so it actually saves money instead of just sounding good.
Implants and a second dentist
Dr. Vance joined and brought in-house implant and full-arch care, so patients no longer had to be sent across town for the bigger work.
Six chairs, same standard
The studio has grown to six rooms and evening hours three nights a week, but the rule has not moved: the truth first, the number before the work, always.
