First-visit questions.
Just yourself, your ID, and any dental insurance card you have. If you take medications, a quick list helps. Everything else, including new-patient paperwork, we can handle at the front desk or send ahead so you are not filling out forms in the chair.
Plan for about an hour. That covers a real conversation, a full set of digital x-rays, an unhurried exam, and usually a cleaning. If your gums need more attention than a standard cleaning allows, we will explain why and book the right visit rather than rushing it.
Absolutely, and for many of our patients it is. You can sit up, in your own clothes, and tell us the whole story before anyone reclines a chair. We honor a raised hand that stops everything instantly, and calming options are available for any appointment.
We are in-network with most major PPO plans and file claims for nearly every other plan. Colette verifies your benefits before your first visit, so there are no surprises. No insurance? Our in-house membership usually costs less than paying visit by visit.
