Your case is designed on a CBCT scan and digital models before treatment begins.
When most or all of the teeth in an arch are failing, a full-arch restoration replaces them with a fixed set of teeth anchored on as few as four implants. It is not a denture. Nothing comes out at night, and nothing slides when you speak or eat.

When most or all of the teeth in an arch are failing, a full-arch restoration replaces them with a fixed set of teeth anchored on as few as four implants. It is not a denture. Nothing comes out at night, and nothing slides when you speak or eat.
The technique places two implants at the front of the jaw and two angled toward the back, where the bone is densest. That angulation spreads the load and often avoids the need for bone grafting, which is what makes it possible to secure a full arch of teeth on the day of surgery for many patients.
The result is a set of teeth that is fixed in place, cleaned like natural teeth, and strong enough to return real chewing function. For patients who have spent years managing loose bridgework or ill-fitting dentures, the change is often profound.
We plan the entire case digitally first, from implant position to the shape and shade of the final teeth. On the surgical day, Dr. Adrienne Sarratt and Dr. Vellani place the implants under sedation and fit a fixed provisional bridge, so you leave with teeth rather than a gap.
Once the implants have fully integrated over the following months, we replace the provisional with your final, hand-finished arch. Throughout, you are guided by the same team that planned the case, not handed between offices.
