Comfort Is The Method
Slow numbing, a stop signal we truly honor, and sedation matched to your fear. Calm is not a perk here, it is how we practice.
We built Stillwater Sedation Dental to be the dentist we wished we had as nervous patients: gentle, honest, and never in a hurry.

Dr. Adrienne Marsh spent a decade in busy offices watching frightened patients get rushed, and left to build something calmer. Stillwater Sedation Dental opened in Elmwood with big south windows, weighted blankets, and real sedation, on the belief that a dental visit should feel like being looked after.
Today we care for people who avoided the dentist for years, kids who arrive nervous, and whole families who found their calm here. The principle has never changed. The person in front of us sets the pace.
Book A Talk-Only VisitThe parts of a dental visit that frighten people are the ones most offices speed through. We slow them down on purpose.

You see your own x-rays and hear the options in words that make sense. You always know what is urgent and what it costs.
Every sedation visit is screened in advance and watched over by a trained team from the first breath to the last.
The team that learns your triggers is the team you see next time. We keep our practice small on purpose.
Nitrous, oral, and IV sedation, matched to how you feel that day.
Noise-cancelling headphones, your own playlist, and ceiling screens.
A warm, weighted blanket and a pillow the moment you sit down.
Raise a hand and everything stops, instantly, no questions asked.

Rosaline had not sat in a dental chair since a bad experience in her twenties. She booked a talk-only first visit, chose oral sedation for the treatment she needed, and finished the whole plan over two calm mornings. Now she comes in for cleanings without a second thought.
Hear it in her words, then imagine your own version of that relief.
