Three Levels Of Calm
Nitrous oxide, the lightest option, keeps you fully awake but wraps you in a warm, floaty calm that lifts within minutes of the mask coming off. Oral sedation, a pill taken before your visit, leaves most people deeply relaxed and remembering little to none of the appointment. IV sedation, managed drip by drip, brings you right to the edge of sleep for longer or more involved work. You are never put fully under here.
On your first visit Dr. Marsh reviews your health history, your medications, and your fears, then recommends the lightest option that will keep you genuinely comfortable. Nothing is decided for you, and nothing happens until you understand it.

Every sedation patient is screened in advance and monitored by a trained team for the whole visit, from your first breath to the moment the calm fades. We narrate each step before it happens, honor a raised hand that stops everything, and keep a companion nearby for oral and IV visits so you are never navigating the day alone.
