Real Strategy for Real Goals

We built Northmere to be the advisory we wished we had as operators: small, senior, and honest about what will and will not move the number.

Who we are

A boutique built around principals, not a bench

Big firms sell you a partner and staff the work with analysts. We do the opposite. The person who scopes your engagement is the person in the room every week. That keeps us small on purpose, and accountable by design.

Every one of us has operated. We have owned a P&L, missed a quarter, closed a round, and rebuilt a plan under pressure. That is the lens we bring: not theory, but what actually works when the market answers back.

Work with us
How we work

Three commitments we never break

Clarity first

Before a single slide, we agree on the one metric this work has to move and how we will know it did.

Built with your team

Strategy made in a vacuum dies on contact. We work inside your operating rhythm, not around it.

Systems, not decks

You keep the model, the cadence, and the playbook. The value stays after we leave the room.

FAQ

Answers before you spend a dollar

How is Northmere different from a big-name firm?

You work directly with the principal who sells the engagement, not a rotating bench of analysts. We embed inside your operating rhythm, hand you the model and the cadence, and keep the team small enough to stay accountable.

What size company do you work with?

Most of our fictional demo clients sit between fifteen and three hundred people, post-revenue, and heading into their next stage of growth. If the timing is not right, we will tell you honestly.

Do you just deliver a strategy deck and leave?

No. A deck is the easy part. The engagement is built so you keep the operating model, the meeting cadence, and the decision framework long after we leave the room.

How quickly can we start?

An Essential Start can usually begin within two weeks of our first call. Larger engagements are scoped over one or two working sessions so the first month is productive, not spent on setup.
