Tell us the problem in your own words. We will say whether we can help and what it might involve.
Ethics before tactics
We decline work we cannot do well and say so plainly when a fight is not worth its cost.
Craft in every document
Contracts, briefs and plans are drafted to be read by a judge, a buyer or your children.
Relationships that last
Many clients have worked with the same partner for more than a decade, across several matters.
Why owners choose us
Invested in the community we serve
Our attorneys serve on nonprofit boards, teach continuing education classes and give pro bono hours to Columbus legal aid every year.
Client voices
Trusted by owners and families across Ohio

“They told us plainly where our contract was strong and where it was weak, before we spent a dollar on filing. That honesty is exactly why we trusted them with the rest of a very long dispute.”

“Selling the company my father started felt impossible at first. The team kept every deadline in front of us, explained each draft in plain words, and never let a question sit overnight.”

“Clear updates, no jargon, and a written plan for every scenario we raised. I always knew what the next step was, who was handling it, and why it mattered to our business.”

“They rewrote our handbook with our managers sitting in the room and asking questions. Six months later our people actually open it and use it, which I honestly did not expect.”
