Immigration

Every filing, in the right order

What we handle

Families and employers bring us these filings most often. Each one starts with a plan and a timeline in writing.

Petitions for spouses, parents, children and siblings, with the evidence gathered before filing.

Green card applications for relatives already in the United States, including work and travel permits.

Preparing relatives abroad for the visa interview and the documents the consulate expects.

Work visas, extensions and transfers for staff, with deadlines tracked for the company.

Naturalization applications and interview preparation for permanent residents.

Careful responses when the government asks for more, filed well before the deadline.

Overview

Every step, in order

Immigration cases are long, detailed and unforgiving of small mistakes. Our immigration practice helps families reunite, employers hire and keep international staff, and individuals move from one status to the next. We explain each step in the order it will happen and give realistic timelines rather than hopeful ones.

For families, we prepare petitions for spouses, parents, children and siblings, handle adjustment of status for relatives already in the United States and guide consular processing for those abroad. We help clients gather the right evidence the first time, which is the single biggest factor in avoiding requests for more information.

For employers, we handle work visas, extensions and the steps toward permanent residence for key staff. We build a calendar of deadlines for each employee so nothing lapses, and we explain the costs and timing to the business before the process starts.

We also help permanent residents apply for citizenship, prepare for interviews and respond when the government asks for more evidence. When a case has a complication, such as a past status problem or a criminal record, we say so at the first meeting and explain what it means for the plan.

Most immigration matters are quoted as a flat fee per filing, with government fees listed separately so you can see the whole cost up front.

We tell you where the file sits, even when the answer is still waiting.
