No attorney client relationship
Reading this site, filling in a form on it, sending an email or calling the office does not create an attorney client relationship. That relationship begins only when the firm and the client have both agreed to it in writing. Until then, nobody here is your lawyer.
Do not send confidential information
Please do not send confidential or time sensitive information through the forms on this site or by email before an attorney client relationship exists. Material sent before then may not be treated as privileged. If something is urgent, call the office instead: the phone is answered at any hour.
Deadlines
Legal claims are subject to filing deadlines, and some of them run sooner than people expect. Nothing on this site should be relied on to work out how long you have. If you think you may have a claim, speak to a lawyer promptly.
