Mostly owner-led businesses between five and two hundred people: studios, clinics, light manufacturing, and direct-to-consumer brands. The common thread is a leader who wants the business to run without them in every decision.
The first operating plan lands in week one and the first scorecard in week two. Most teams say the weekly review feels different by the end of the first month, because the numbers stop being in dispute.
Yes. Kelvara reads from the systems you already open each morning, so nothing gets re-entered by hand. If a connector does not exist yet, we build it during onboarding.
We do both. A one-off planning session is a fixed fee and ends with a written plan you own. Ongoing work is monthly and includes the scorecard, the reviews, and a named strategist.
Week one is a working session and a plan. Week two is the scorecard and the connectors. Weeks three and four are the first two reviews, where we tune the measures until the team trusts them.
