Background

A criminal charge and a stack of unpaid bills often arrive together, so I handle both. I meet clients quickly, get the court dates and deadlines in writing, and make sure nobody pleads to anything before we have read the file. Most of my week is spent on phones and paperwork that never makes the news, and that is where cases are usually decided.
