Maison Lisière
A stone farmhouse opened to the valley with a warm oak-lined living core.
A studio that will
build your dream.
Bastide. is a Lyon architecture agency working across private houses, interiors and civic space, from a first sketch to the last handrail.
We keep the studio small on purpose, so the people who draw your project are the people who see it built.
Have a question about your future project? Do not hesitate to reach the studio.
Contact usWe treat every project
like it is our own house.
We are architects first and clients second. Every plan we draw is one we would happily hand our own family, tested against how a home is really lived in across a whole year, not just how it photographs on day one.

Why choose us?
Here is some real feedback.
Our clients are the best proof of the work. A few words from the families and boards who let us draw their walls.
“
They listened for a month before they drew a single line, and it shows in every room. Ten years in, the house still works exactly the way we live.
Élise Bernard
Homeowner, Maison Lisière
“
On budget, on time, and better than the renders. The site partner answered every question in plain language. We would build with Bastide. again tomorrow.

“Architecture should speak of its time and place, but yearn for a quiet kind of timelessness.”
