Most of our clients are privately held companies with five to five hundred employees, and many have been with us since their first year.
They call about the same things again and again: ownership, contracts, people and conflict. Over time we learn how each business runs, which makes our advice faster and cheaper to give.
We scope fees wherever the work allows and tell you early when a question is not worth a lawyer.
