We keep the team deliberately small so that partners stay close to the files. Associates work alongside a partner on every matter, which is how they learn and how clients get consistent answers. When a question falls outside business law, we refer it to firms we trust rather than stretching. New attorneys spend their first months shadowing a partner on live files, sitting in on client calls and drafting under review, so the standard stays the same whichever name is on the letter. Partners review every associate draft before it goes out, and clients always know who is accountable for their file. That is also why our team has grown slowly and on purpose.
