About the role

You will work with June to respond to calls and forms, schedule consultations for both offices, and prepare short intake summaries so each first meeting starts with the right information. You will also own the intake summaries that attorneys read before each meeting, so clear writing and careful listening matter as much as organization.

What you bring

You will shape the first impression every new client has of the firm, from the initial call to the moment they sit down for a consultation with the right documents in hand.

  • Two or more years in client service or office coordination.
  • Warm, clear phone and email communication.
  • Comfort with scheduling and practice management software.
  • Discretion with confidential information.

The salary range is $48,000 to $56,000 with benefits. This role works on site in the Denver office. To apply, send a resume and a short note to careers@brandtlegal.example; every application is read by the hiring lead.

How we work together

Plain answers

We explain the law in ordinary language, put recommendations in writing, and tell you which risks matter most.

Direct access

You work with the attorney handling your matter, and every inquiry gets a response within one business day.

Honest scope

Fees are quoted before work begins. If something is outside our practice, we say so and refer you onward.

Long view

We draft for the next stage of your business, so today’s documents still work when the company grows.

The clients you would serve

“Our cabinet shop had outgrown a handshake partnership. Elias walked both of us through each option in plain language, told us which risks deserved attention and which did not, and drafted an operating agreement we could actually follow. We signed it understanding every section, and it has already settled one disagreement for us.”

Why a small firm

At a small firm, every person’s work is visible to clients. That brings more responsibility early and more direct feedback than most larger offices can offer.

We hire slowly and plan for people to stay. Most of the team has been here more than four years.
