About the role

You will partner with Priya on the firm’s transaction pipeline, tracking every document, consent and filing from engagement through closing, and maintaining the compliance calendar for client companies. You will also keep the annual compliance calendar for client companies, sending reminders well before each filing window opens and tracking replies until done.

What you bring

You will be the person who knows where every signature page stands. The role blends organization with judgment: spotting a missing consent early matters more here than speed alone.

  • Three or more years supporting corporate or real estate transactions.
  • Experience with state business filings and data rooms.
  • Strong attention to detail and calm under deadlines.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.

The salary range is $62,000 to $74,000 with benefits and a hybrid schedule after the first ninety days. To apply, send a resume and a short note to careers@brandtlegal.example; every application is read by the hiring lead.

The clients you would serve

“Our cabinet shop had outgrown a handshake partnership. Elias walked both of us through each option in plain language, told us which risks deserved attention and which did not, and drafted an operating agreement we could actually follow. We signed it understanding every section, and it has already settled one disagreement for us.”
