About the role

This role suits an experienced attorney who wants meaningful work on a reduced schedule. You will review and negotiate customer, vendor and licensing agreements, working closely with Marcus and Nora. Your matters will come mostly from established clients, so you will learn their businesses over time and help build playbooks that make each renewal faster.

What you bring

Most weeks bring a handful of customer, vendor and licensing agreements, each needing a practical view of which terms matter and which can be traded away without risk.

  • Five or more years of commercial contracting experience.
  • Colorado bar admission in good standing.
  • Availability for about twenty hours each week.
  • Comfort working independently with clear client communication.

Compensation is hourly and depends on experience. Schedules are set together each quarter. To apply, send a resume and a short note to careers@brandtlegal.example; every application is read by the hiring lead.

Why a small firm

At a small firm, every person’s work is visible to clients. That brings more responsibility early and more direct feedback than most larger offices can offer.

We hire slowly and plan for people to stay. Most of the team has been here more than four years.

The clients you would serve

“Our cabinet shop had outgrown a handshake partnership. Elias walked both of us through each option in plain language, told us which risks deserved attention and which did not, and drafted an operating agreement we could actually follow. We signed it understanding every section, and it has already settled one disagreement for us.”
