Getting hurt was enough. Let the claim be our problem.
We handle the adjusters, the forms and the follow-up calls so your energy goes into healing. Our fee comes only out of what we collect for you.

What we handle
Within days an adjuster will phone, sounding helpful and in a hurry, hoping to close your claim cheaply. Once you sign with us, every one of those calls comes to our desk.

The adjuster
Their job is a quick, low figure. We take every one of their calls from now on.

The forms
Records requests, wage proofs, lien letters and claim forms. We fill in all of it and chase all of it.

The medical bills
Care should not stall over a balance. We help line up coverage and liens so treatment keeps going.
Client voices
Illustrative client stories, names withheld.
We asked former clients what made the difference. Nobody mentioned the check.

Serving Sacramento
Each quote below comes from someone we represented. We leave names off and have never paid for a review.

They handled every call from the insurer. That alone gave me my weeks back while my back healed.

I thought I had waited too long to call anyone. They sorted out the timeline in one conversation.

Nobody rushed me. Every month I got a short update, even when the update was that nothing had moved.

The adjuster kept calling me first. Once I signed, those calls simply stopped coming to my phone.

How the money splits
Illustrative figures only. Every case divides differently.
Our fee is a share of what we collect, never money from your own savings, and with no recovery there is no fee. You do not repay the costs we advanced either. Here is how a typical settlement divides, before you need to ask.

Nothing at the start. Our fee is a share of what we recover, set out in writing before we begin, and there is no fee if we recover nothing. You do not repay the costs we advanced either.
Very few do. Most claims resolve through negotiation. We prepare every file as if it could be tried, because that is what moves offers.
Usually several months to a year or more. Much of that is waiting for treatment to settle, so the full cost of the injury can be measured.
That is very common and rarely ruins anything. Tell us what was said and we will take over every call from here.
Under California law your share of fault lowers the recovery rather than cancelling it. That share is often open to argument.
Whatever you have is enough to start: the claim number, photos, and the names of any doctors you have seen. We gather the rest.

Why the adjuster sounds so friendly on the phone
That early call is warm, brief and taped. Here is what it is really for, and what you can safely say back.

Skipped doctor visits are the first thing an insurer will point to
Neck, back and head injuries can take days to show. Every week without a visit becomes an argument the other side gets to make.

A recorded statement helps their file, not yours
It freezes your account before you know how hurt you are, and the person asking does this for a living. Here is how to decline politely.
