A smile refined until the work disappears

The best cosmetic dentistry is the kind nobody can point to. We reshape, brighten, and rebalance a smile so it reads as a healthier, better-lit version of your own, never a set of teeth borrowed from a catalogue.

  • Digital Smile Design preview before we start
  • Bonding and veneers matched to your teeth
  • Reshaping that suits your face, not a template
  • Results styled for how you actually photograph

Cosmetic dentistry at Noir Dental Studio

Designed on screen, first

Every cosmetic case begins with a Digital Smile Design. We photograph your face at rest and in a full smile, then design the finished result on screen and show it to you before any treatment begins. You approve the shapes, the proportions, and the shade while it is still just pixels, which is the surest way to avoid a surprise in porcelain.

From there the route depends on the smile. Artful bonding rebuilds chips, worn edges, and small gaps in a single visit. Porcelain veneers offer a longer-lasting answer for a fuller change, layered by hand to the translucency of natural enamel. Dr. Rousseau would rather talk you out of a change that will not age well than sell you one that only photographs nicely on day one.

Lit for the close-up

A smile is not a flat colour. It catches light differently at the edge than at the body of the tooth, and a natural result depends on getting that gradient right. We build it in deliberately, so your smile holds up under a phone camera, a wedding photographer, and the honest light of a bathroom mirror alike.

(The design process)

How a smile gets designed

Nothing is cut, bonded or bonded over until you have seen and approved the finished result on screen.

01

The portrait session

We photograph your face at rest, mid-speech and in a full smile, then scan your teeth. Those images are the raw material for the design.

02

The digital design

Proportions, edge line and shade are drawn over your own photographs, so you are looking at your face with a new smile rather than a stock one.

03

Your review, and your veto

You see the design before treatment starts and change anything that does not feel like you. This is the cheapest and easiest moment to change your mind.

04

The build

Bonding in a single visit, or veneers over two, executed against the approved design and refined at the fit until the light behaves correctly.

(Where the time goes)
70%

of a cosmetic case in this demo studio happens before any treatment begins

An illustrative figure for how our cosmetic work is weighted: photography, design and your review, then the treatment itself. It is the planning that keeps a result from surprising anyone.

Questions
about
this care

Bonding is composite shaped directly onto the tooth in one visit, ideal for chips, small gaps and worn edges, and it is reversible. Veneers are hand-layered porcelain over two visits, hold their shade far longer, and suit a fuller change. We recommend the least tooth we can get away with.
That is the standard we design to. Friends should notice you look well rather than notice your teeth. If you want a result that announces itself, we are honestly the wrong studio.
Composite bonding typically looks its best for five to seven years before it is refreshed. Well-made porcelain veneers commonly last ten to fifteen years or more. Both depend heavily on hygiene, grinding, and whether you wear the night guard we make you.
Often, yes. Porcelain and composite do not lighten later, so we whiten your natural teeth first and then match the new work to the settled shade. It is the usual sequence for a mixed smile.
