Full-arch restoration

A full set of teeth, composed as one

When most or all of an arch is failing, a fixed bridge anchored on four to six implants replaces the whole set at once. Planned entirely in 3D, it is designed as a single, deliberate result rather than a row of separate repairs.

  • Fixed, non-removable full-arch bridge
  • Four to six implants per arch
  • A same-day provisional set of teeth
  • Final restoration crafted over the following months

Full-arch restoration at Noir Dental Studio

One arch, one plan

A full-arch case lives or dies on the planning. We map the bone, the bite, and the final tooth positions in three dimensions first, then place the implants exactly where the design calls for them. On the same day, a fixed provisional bridge is fitted, so you leave with teeth rather than a wait.

Over the following months, as the implants integrate, we craft the definitive bridge. It is built for the way your face moves and the way you speak and eat, then finished with the same ceramic artistry we bring to a single veneer. The goal is an arch nobody reads as restored.

Composed, not assembled

The difference between a good full-arch result and a great one is composition. Tooth proportions, the line of the smile, the way light falls across the surface, the support the new teeth give the lips and cheeks: these are aesthetic decisions as much as clinical ones. We treat them that way, which is why we plan the finished smile before we place a single implant.

Fixed arch, or removable

When a whole arch is failing there are three routes. This is how they actually differ once you are living with them.

Questions
about
this care

Yes. For a planned full-arch case we fit a fixed provisional bridge the same day the implants are placed, so you never go without teeth. The definitive bridge is crafted over the following months once everything has settled.
Usually four to six per arch, positioned where the bone is strongest. The number comes out of the 3D plan rather than a formula, and more implants are not automatically better.
Soft foods for the first several weeks while the implants integrate, then a gradual return to a normal diet. Once the final bridge is fitted, most patients eat what they like, which is the entire point of a fixed result.
Almost always. There is no plate across the palate, nothing to move while you speak, and no adhesive. Patients most often mention the return of taste and confidence at dinner rather than the appearance.
