An implant replaces the root as well as the crown, so neighbouring teeth are left untouched and the bone underneath stays supported. For most single-tooth gaps it is the result that ages best.
Not the way we do them. Porcelain is layered by hand to the shade and translucency of your own enamel, then shaped to your face. The aim is a smile nobody can point to as dental work.
For the right candidate, yes. We plan the case in 3D beforehand, place four to six implants, and fit a fixed provisional bridge the same day, with the final restoration crafted over the following months.
