Seven ways we help Denver clients move
Buying, selling, foothills homes, new construction, rentals and relocation, each led by an agent who does that work every day.
One small office behind every kind of move
Most people come to us with one job in mind, such as buying a first condo or selling the house they raised a garden in for twenty years. Many leave with a second job done too, because a sale and a purchase are often the same move seen from two sides.
Keeping every service under one roof means the agent selling your house can sit down with the agent helping you buy, and the property manager can check the rental math before you commit to a duplex. You get one plan instead of three separate opinions.
Each service has its own lead. They meet every week to review new prices, contracts in progress and anything unusual on the calendar, so the advice you get reflects the whole office, not one person on a busy day.

Three habits that do not change
One agent from start to finish
You work with one named agent who answers the phone, explains each step in plain words and stays with the file until closing. Our transaction coordinator backs them up on deadlines.
Written advice, not hunches
Price opinions, tour notes and rental models come in writing with the sales and numbers behind them, so you can check our thinking and keep it for later.
Contracts read twice
Every contract, disclosure and amendment is checked by a second person before you sign, and every deadline goes on a shared calendar you can see.

Advice that holds up a year later
Sam K.Invested in Lakewood“The rental numbers Marcus ran were more conservative than ours, which annoyed me at the time. A year later the duplex is performing almost exactly to his sheet.”
Selling one home and buying the next
This is the most common combination, and the timing matters more than anything else. We plan both sides together, looking at bridge financing with your lender, a contingent offer when the market allows it, or a short rent-back after your sale closes so you are not moving twice.
Moving to Denver from another state
Relocation buyers usually start with our relocation lead, who builds a short tour of neighborhoods around your commute and the kind of home you want, then hands you to a buyer agent for live video showings. If you are selling elsewhere, we can introduce agents we trust in many cities.
Buying a rental, then keeping it running
Investors often begin with the investment desk and continue with property management. The same people who modeled the rent before you bought are the ones who lease, maintain and report on the home afterward, so the numbers you planned with are the numbers we manage to.
Questions about our services
The questions people ask before they choose a service. Call if yours is not here.
(555) 318-4720All questionsYes. Your main agent coordinates both sides, and our listing and buyer leads share one calendar so the sale and the purchase are planned together rather than in separate offices.
Compensation for every service is agreed in writing before work begins. For buyers it is often paid through the transaction; for sellers and owners it is set out in the listing or management agreement. We explain every option so there are no surprises at closing.
Yes. A written price opinion for your home, with the recent sales behind it, carries no cost and no obligation to list with us.
Often. Many of the homes we manage were bought with another brokerage. We start with a walk-through, a rent review and a short report on anything that needs attention.
Most of our work is in Denver, Lakewood, Arvada, Golden and Englewood, and our foothills agent covers Evergreen, Conifer and the canyon communities.
The same business day in almost every case. If your agent is in a showing, the office picks up, and evening calls are returned first thing the next morning.
