You will take a leading role in drafting governing documents, purchase agreements and closing sets, and you will attend client meetings from the first week. Our matters are small enough that you will see a transaction from the letter of intent to the final signature. In your first month you will shadow two closings, then take the lead on a formation and a financing of your own with Elias reviewing every draft.
What you bring
This role suits someone who enjoys owning a draft from the first markup to signature and explaining it to a founder in plain language. You will report to Elias and work closely with Priya on every closing.
- Two to five years of corporate or transactional experience.
- Admission to the Colorado bar, or eligibility to waive in.
- Clear, organized drafting and comfort explaining terms to owners.
- Interest in long-term client relationships over volume.
