1. Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes. Every new client meets a nurse first, and many are treated the same day when it is safe and they feel ready.
2. Is there anyone who should wait before booking?
We postpone most treatments during pregnancy or breastfeeding, with an active skin infection, or around certain medications. Tell us your history when you book and we will advise you honestly.
3. How soon will I see results?
It depends on the treatment. Wrinkle relaxers typically settle in 10 to 14 days, fillers show right away with swelling easing over two weeks, and laser or peel results build over a series. Results vary from person to person.
4. What if I need to reschedule?
Please give us 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone on the waitlist. You can call, text or reply to your reminder message.
