Orris glow facial

Our signature facial starts with a slow look at your skin under good light, then moves through a warm cleanse, a gentle enzyme exfoliation, a clay mask chosen for how your skin is behaving that week and a long lymphatic-style face and neck massage.

Nothing is pulled from a script. If your cheeks are flushed from a cold walk we cool things down; if your forehead feels congested we spend more time on steam and extractions. You leave with calm, bright skin and a short note of what we used, so you can keep the routine going at home.

The last fifteen minutes are the part most guests talk about: warm mitts on the hands, a hydrating mask, and a quiet scalp massage while everything settles. Plan an easy evening afterwards, because you will not want to rush anywhere.

Why guests choose it

Guests book the glow facial because it adapts. The same seventy five minutes can calm a flushed winter complexion in January and clear a congested summer forehead in July, with nothing forced on skin that does not need it.

Before you arrive

Come with clean or lightly made up skin; we remove everything anyway, but it gives us a few extra minutes for the massage. If you use retinol or strong acids, pause them for three nights before your visit so the enzyme step feels comfortable.

Tell us about anything new in your routine, any recent sunburn and whether your skin has felt tight, oily or reactive lately. That short conversation shapes the whole seventy five minutes.

Afterwards

Skin keeps settling for a day or two after a facial, so expect it to look even better tomorrow morning. Skip the gym and hot showers for the rest of the day and keep your hands off your face.

Wear sunscreen the next morning even if the sky is grey. Your esthetician will write down the three products that made the biggest difference, so you can decide if anything is worth adding at home.

What happens in the seventy five minutes

Skin read

A few questions and a close look before anything touches your face.

Cleanse and mask

Warm towels, enzyme polish and a clay mask picked for you.

Face massage

Twenty minutes of slow work along the jaw, cheeks and neck.

Warm oil poured from a glass bottle

Made for busy skin

City air, screens and heated offices all show up on the skin. This facial is built to reset that without harsh peels or any downtime, so you can book it at lunch and go straight back to your day.

Book this treatment

I booked a facial on my lunch break and walked back to the office looking like I had slept for a week. The room was so calm I nearly forgot my phone existed.

Good to know

Every four to six weeks works for most people. That lines up with how quickly skin renews itself, so each visit builds on the last one.

Usually not. Extractions can leave a little pinkness for an hour or so, which is why we finish with a cool calming mask.

We suggest giving your skin the rest of the day off, but a tinted balm or mineral powder is fine if you have plans.

Yes. Tell us what reacts and we will swap in our unscented, calm-skin products for the whole visit.

Yes, ideally three to five days before. That gives any small breakouts from extractions time to settle while the glow is still fresh.

No. Everything in this facial is done by hand with warm towels, brushes and our own clays and oils.
