An evening circle of slow breathing and brass bowls to set a fresh intention for the month ahead.

Settle onto a padded mat with a blanket and eye pillow while Hana leads twenty minutes of guided breathing, then plays a full sound bath with brass bowls and soft chimes. The circle closes with herbal tea and an optional few minutes of journaling. Spaces are limited to twelve guests so the room stays calm.
