How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive ten to fifteen minutes early so you can change, fill in a short health form and settle in with tea. Late arrivals may have a shorter session so the next guest is not kept waiting.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or move a booking. Inside 24 hours we may charge half the treatment price, and missed appointments are charged in full.
Do I need to undress fully for a massage?
Undress to your comfort level. You are always covered by a sheet and blanket, and only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Can I request a male or female therapist?
Yes. Let us know when you book and we will do our best to match your preference.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards are available in any amount or for a specific treatment, by email or as a printed card in a linen envelope.
Is there parking?
Free parking is available behind the building, with step-free access from the car park to reception.
