Steam, Warm Water And Rest In A Slow Circuit You Set The Pace For

The thermal ritual is time in our warm rooms rather than a hands-on treatment. You move between the eucalyptus steam room, the warm soaking pool, a cool rinse under the garden shower and our quiet lounge, repeating the circuit as many times as feels good.

A host walks you through the circuit on arrival and suggests timings, but the pace is yours. Most guests do two or three rounds of ten minutes warm, a short cool rinse and ten minutes of rest. Herbal tea, fruit water and robes are included, and phones stay in the lockers so the rooms stay calm.

It is lovely on its own and even better before a massage or scrub, because warm, relaxed skin and muscles respond so well to treatment. If you are pregnant, have a heart condition or feel unwell in heat, please talk to your doctor before booking and let us know when you arrive.

Allow about two hours in total so nothing feels rushed.

Especially good for:

  • Unwinding without being touched
  • A warm-up before massage or scrub
  • Quiet time with a friend or partner
  • Cold, grey days that need warmth

What Guests Said After Their Visit

Joanne R.

Guest since 2023

I booked the basalt stone session on a freezing Tuesday and walked out warm to my fingertips. Ines checked in just enough, then let me drift.

Kevin T.

First visit

I was nervous about my first massage. They explained everything, gave me a pressure scale and never made me feel awkward. Second visit already booked.

Marisol D.

Monthly member

The only facial I have had where nobody tried to sell me ten products afterward. My skin felt calm for a week and the routine fit on a sticky note.

Graham L.

Guest since 2024

Deep tissue work for a stubborn desk shoulder. Daniel went slowly, asked about my breathing, and the difference the next morning was real.

Andre W.

Couples visit

We did the thermal circuit together before our anniversary dinner. Quiet, spotless and unhurried, and phones in lockers helped more than expected.

Leena S.

Guest since 2022

The salt scrub and wrap is my end of winter tradition now. I fall asleep during the scalp massage every single time and nobody minds.
