Ines Carrow
Ines trained in sports and remedial massage before moving into spa work, and she still brings a runner’s understanding of tired legs and tight backs to every session. Guests describe her as calm, precise and very good at finding the one spot that has been bothering them for months.
She leads our massage team, trains new therapists in our consult routine and designed the slow cool-down that ends every basalt stone session.
- Role: Lead Massage Therapist
- Focus: Deep tissue, basalt stone and Swedish session
- Training: Licensed massage therapist, remedial massage diploma
- Available: Tuesday to Saturday, by appointment

How Ines Works
Ines starts every session by asking what you want to feel like when you leave, not just where it hurts. From there she builds the massage around that answer, checking in about pressure early and then letting you rest.
Outside the spa she runs trail races, grows far too many tomatoes and is slowly learning pottery, including a few of the tea cups in our lounge.
