Lucia Ferro

Lucia hosts most of our thermal circuits and has a gift for putting nervous first-time guests at ease. Her Swedish session is steady, rhythmic and very easy to fall asleep in.

She also looks after our lounge, from the tea selection to the playlist.

How Lucia Works

Lucia explains everything before you begin, then keeps the room quiet so you can let go. She is always glad to adjust pressure mid-session.

She plays in a weekend folk band and tends an allotment full of herbs.
