Margaret Hale

Margaret co-founded Aldermoss with Hanna after twenty years managing larger resort spas. She wanted a smaller place with fair pay, unhurried appointments and no upselling, and she built it.

She still greets guests most mornings and reads every feedback card herself.

Margaret sets the tone for the whole spa: quiet rooms, honest advice and time for every guest.
