We started with one promise: clear medicine, gentle hands and a phone that gets answered. Seventeen years and thousands of patients later, that promise still shapes every appointment.
How we started
A clinic built around unhurried visits
Fernhollow opened with two exam rooms, one table and a stubborn belief that good care should feel personal, open about cost and never hurried. Word got around, mostly because people felt heard.
Three doctors and a full technician team now look after more than eleven thousand patients. The building holds our own lab, X-ray and ultrasound, a room set aside for dentistry and a surgical suite. The parts we care about most have not changed: whoever answers your call knows your pet, every visit ends with a plan you can follow, and the team remembers your pet between visits.
