Pick a time
Book online or by phone. We take new patients, and sick pets can often be seen the same day.
Share past records
Ask your previous clinic to email records, or bring them along, so the whole history is in front of us.
Meet your doctor
An unhurried, thorough exam, plus room for every question on your list and some that were not.
Head home with a plan
A written summary, a clear estimate for anything next and simple steps to follow at home.

Can I walk in for a first visit?
Booking ahead lets us set aside extra time, but new patients who are sick are welcome as walk-ins during open hours.
What does a first visit cost?
A new patient exam is priced the same as a wellness exam. Any vaccines or tests are added only after you see an estimate. Illustrative pricing. Not an offer.
Which animals do you see?
Dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and other small mammals. For birds and reptiles, we can point you to a clinic that sees them.
Can you get records from my old clinic?
Pick “Records transfer” on our booking form, or have your previous clinic email us. Everything goes into the chart before you arrive.
Can I use pet insurance here?
Yes, most plans work with us. You get itemized invoices and the medical notes your insurer asks for, so claims go in fast.
