How fast will you confirm my request?
Within one business hour during open hours. Requests sent after closing are confirmed first thing the next morning.
Can I request a specific doctor?
Yes. Add the name in the message box and we will match you when the schedule allows.
How do I transfer records from another clinic?
Choose “Records transfer” as the reason, or ask your old clinic to email us directly. We add everything to the chart before your visit.
What if I need to cancel?
Call or reply to the confirmation text. A day’s notice lets us offer the time to a sick pet.
Is this form for emergencies?
No. Phone us for anything urgent while we are open. After closing, the recorded message on our line points you to the closest emergency hospital.
